From April – September, the pool terrace becomes the main living area and this has cooking facilities and a BBQ.
Although the plot size is large most of the area has been left to natural mountainside and just the front area and poolside have been cultivated with colourful plants or pots. A communal tennis court is within walking distance but a car is advisable to shop in the village . Situated 14 kms from Denia on the Costa Blanca and overlooking the beautiful Girona Valley, Casa Mirande enjoys total tranquility. The village of Benidoleig nestles below the almond terraces and is surrounded by orange groves and diverse countryside offering scenic walks. The village is colourful and active with small local shops and several bars/restaurants.
